These terms and conditions govern your use of platestudio.co.uk and your purchase of products from Plate Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

All road-legal number plates are manufactured in accordance with The Road Vehicles (Display of Registration Marks) Regulations 2001 and BS AU 145e. To comply with UK law, we are required to verify your identity and entitlement to the registration mark before supplying road-legal plates.

You must provide valid photo ID (driving licence or passport) and proof of entitlement (V5C logbook, V750 or V778 certificate, or a dealer slip). We may refuse to manufacture plates if satisfactory documentation is not provided.

Show plates are supplied for display, exhibition, and off-road use only. They do not comply with BS AU 145e and must not be displayed on a vehicle used on public roads. By ordering a show plate, you confirm it will not be used on a vehicle on public roads.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Plate Studio. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion. Prices are displayed in GBP inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Standard production time is 1–2 working days. Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Dispatch times may be longer during busy periods. We will notify you if there is a significant delay.

We offer free standard delivery on orders over £40. Orders under £40 incur a delivery charge of £3.99. Delivery is via Royal Mail or courier to UK mainland addresses. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

As number plates are custom-made to your specification, we are unable to accept returns unless the product is faulty or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photographs and we will arrange a replacement at no charge.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plate Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of your order.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
