Our policy for faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders.
At Plate Studio, we manufacture high-quality, personalised number plates made to your exact specifications. As these are custom-made products, they are non-returnable unless faulty or supplied incorrectly.
REFUND ELIGIBILITY — PRODUCTION ERRORS
If an error occurs during manufacturing (incorrect registration, size, or design not matching your order), we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
Contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders can be cancelled and refunded only before production begins. Production starts once documents and payment have been verified.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
Email platestudio@outlook.com or use our Contact Page / WhatsApp. Include:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Supporting photos
Refunds processed within 2 working days to original payment method.
NON-REFUNDABLE
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect details provided by customer
- Requests made after 14 days from delivery
RETURNS
Only accepted if item is faulty or incorrect. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly.
