RETURNS & REFUNDS
Our policy for faulty, damaged, or incorrect orders.
CUSTOM-MADE PRODUCTS
All number plates are manufactured to your individual specification and are therefore exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Regulation 28(1)(b) — goods made to the consumer's specification).
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for plates ordered correctly to your specification unless the plate is faulty or was produced incorrectly.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT PLATES
If your order arrives:
- Damaged or faulty
- Different to what you ordered
- With incorrect registration, size, or finish
Please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include:
- Your order number or registration
- Clear photographs of the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will arrange a free replacement. In some cases we may ask you to return the original plates at our expense.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Please inspect your plates upon delivery. If plates arrive damaged due to transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace them free of charge.
REFUNDS
If a replacement is not possible or you prefer a refund for a faulty order, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
