DISPATCH & PACKAGING
All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day.
Every plate is bubble-wrapped and shipped in a rigid board-backed envelope or box to prevent bending or damage in transit.
All orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

RETURNS & WARRANTY
All plates are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects, fading, cracking, and peeling.
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
Personalised and custom plates are non-refundable unless faulty, as they are made to order for your specific registration.
